In my current position, we have expanded our use of technology, improved the performance of the technology team while maintaining cost averaging 1% less than industry standards. In addition, I have overseen the conversion of our operations to support a remote workforce. We were able to implement our plan and have 80% of staff able to work remotely converted within 48 hours and the remainder of the staff within 7 days. Created and implement the company cybersecurity program. Oversee the implementation of an ERP system and complete network reconfiguration.

In addition, responsible for leading the Lean Manufacturing efforts of the organization giving me experience leading companywide improvement efforts and collaborating with everyone from front line worker to executives of the company.
