Major transformation programs (ABB_OS_Jewel* considered as the biggest transformation since the formation of ABB. ShapeShifter* beeing considered not just an incremental innovation but a disruptive initiative) to run our business in Brazil to drive profitable growth and to manage the transformation toward new ABB.

Accomplishments: My role in project Jewel was to deliver the goals of the transformation, create and simplify the processes, integrate new functions and teams, ensure that we continue to improve quality, keep tight control of costs and cash. My role in project ShapeShifter was, together with a narrow team, to complete review operations footprint and support business model within Motion Division in Brazil. PHILIPS (2013_2015). Deliver 15% growth in OiT, 11% in Sales, Improve GM*, EBITA *, CF *, NPS > 50 and improve employee engagement through an EEI Employee Engagement Improvement program. Current was USD 70M/year in sales with 230 direct FTEs, 15 managers, 52 representatives with 200 indirect FTEs, 3000 contracts and 14,000 large equipments. Accomplishments: 23% growth OiT, 15% in Sales, 38% GM improvement, EBITA*, Cashflow* . In operational excellence I led 32 projects (10 Green Belts completed and certified, 12 Continuous Improvement projects completed and 10 in progress). PHILIPS (2012_2013). Acquired company incorporation (legal / fiscal / operations / IT) with physical operations move to another State including renegotiations with governments to obtain the tax benefits and reduced costs with productivity gains in supply chain. Accomplishments: I led one of the four workstreams (Operations) with on-time and on-budget results ensuring the tax / legal and supply chain benefits. There was no interruption in the supply and customer service. The "compliance controls" were also secured. PHILIPS (2012). Major turnaround program led by the CEO for the entire company in Latin America to improve Cashflow*. Program structured into 3 pillars (1-Portfolio Performance 2-Working Capital 3 Cost-Efficiency). Accomplishments: I led one of the 18 workstreams (working capital pillar, inventory workstream within Healthcare) with the result of millions of Euros* in savings and consequent improvement of the Cashflow in the LatAm region. PHILIPS (2011). Challenge to eliminate the level of exposure and reduction of fines by BRL* M / year (legal base IN 386 SRF). Accomplishments: 82% reduction of fines. Exposure could not be eliminated without changing the legislation. I took the initiative to propose, together with the main relevant competitors* through ABIMO class entity, changing the art. 21 of IN SRF 386. The proposal was denied by competitors. I started a legal process to change the law in the ADE level (to benefit the individual applicant). The Government accepted the application, however, changed the art. 21 of IN 386, including paragraph 3, benefiting all qualified companies in the Special Regime (RE). PHILIPS (2009_2011). Lead a Supply Chain and Operations Turnaround in Brazil. Inefficient processes, controls, measurement and management mechanisms absence, high costs, low performance of the providers, high rupture of inventory, high customer dissatisfaction index Accomplishments: Together with the team I created the Management Agenda with clear targets, project roadmap, rhythm and operational mechanism, team restructuring, alignment with the BGs, search for the best market practices. From 2011 we received awards for logistics efficiency as the best importer of medical-hospital-pharmaceutical sector by INFRAERO in VCP airport. I created the FAST LINE program to 55 selected customers to guarantee delivery within <4h. Increase the accuracy of inventories, cost reduction in supply chain, E2E ImpEx and procurement processes review. Regained customer credibility over the last few years after 2011. EDUCATION
