Responsibilities:

Access Recertification & Reporting.

Identity access management uplifting

Install and Configure SailPoint Identity IQ system.

Data pulling from all different databases and applications and then feeding it into SailPoint IIQ.

Involved in day to day requirements gathering, understanding end user specifications and training them.

Involved in custom reports and certification.

Involved in Business Security Reports and resolved issues related to those requests.

Application and user identity and access administration (including maintaining end user security access rules and profiles across multiple systems and platforms)

Responsible for working incidents and service requests in Service Desk within SLA.

Assist in reviewing processes, policies, and standards as they relate to the access and provisioning principles.

Manage user accounts and access permissions for computer systems and applications by reviewing user IDs or access request forms to determine if they are accurate, complete, approved and appropriate. Contact requestor, manager and/or data owner as necessary. If in order, establish the requested access and notify the user.

Conduct periodic audits of accounts and access by performing producing reports of users with access to particular systems or resources. Provide updated user listings periodically for review or upon request by management or Data Owners.

Timely removal or modification of access based upon termination listings, emergency requests and change request forms.

Develop procedural documentation for Access Services and Auditing purposes and maintain access request audit trail. Maintain all records in an orderly fashion.

Manual Privilege Access Recertification.

Extracting logs/reports from Splunk as per the requirements.

Processing access data extracts to generate recertification packages;

Support execution of recertification cycles for Managers and Resource owner in support of Privileged Access Recertification;

Process revoked access identified through recertification processes and Generate recertification reports, as needed, to provide progress updates.

Execution of analysis and remediation of orphan account and resources for ongoing access management lifecycle cleanup.

Monthly delivery of Access Recertification progress and statistics in support of Management Metrics reporting.

Constant review and update of SOPs/Documentation supporting Core IAM processes to ensure alignment with established control activities and Access Control Standards.

Constant collaborations with Infrastructure teams and platform administrators to address data collection issues and remediate any ongoing infrastructure connectivity in support of Enterprise reporting.

Generate, extract and deliver PAM (Privileged Access Management) Reports.

Determining a list of all Privileged Accounts across the board.

Gathering the CyberArk groups with gives access to the Privileged account, to perform day to day activities.

Flag all the entitlements with the risk ratting as privileged/Elevated/Standard.

Staging the Privileged/SOX Certifications.

Performing Completeness and Accuracy (C&A) check for the data that has been staged against the PAM Scans.

Activating the staged Certifications.

Delegating the self-Cert access to the respective Managers.

Facilitate the certifications.

Capturing the complete certifications.

Remediating all the access that was revoked during the certification and validate against the platform to save as an artifice for the audit.

Application on boarding to SailPoint IIQ.

Handle requests to enable/disable different levels of user access or resolve access issues, e.g. Unable to access file shares, system account password resets, permission failures, etc.

Requests are picked up from the Oracle Identity Manager request queue and Service Now Task / Incident queues. All requests are to be completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with SLAs.

Standard requests include creating user and system accounts, maintaining group memberships, creating shares, assigning share permissions to groups, etc.

Process special requests to setup privileged access groups, assign privileged groups, copy group structures between servers, etc.

Investigate and resolve issues associated with failed automation tasks. Resolve issues and re-run task.

Edit files and configure scripts to bulkload records for AD, Windows or SQL Server access.

Configure and execute various jobs and scripts on demand and on a regular cadence.

Provide off hours and weekend on call support, on a rotational basis.

Answer incoming and make outbound calls from current and prospective students to discuss registration to UTRGV and support continuing student success using student information system (SIS)

Support prospective students in the College admission process in accordance with established admissions requirements including ensuring all prospective students meet the UTRGV admissions requirements and submit the required documentation.
