OBJECTIVE

Savida Addiction Rehabilitation Middletown, OH PRN (May 2019 – March 2020)

Provider of suboxone treatment and therapy for opioid and heroin addiction. Counsels and assists the diagnosis and treatment of addicted and mentally ill patients while following the support systems, family support, and continued coordinated treatment of the patients and social workers when necessary.
