I addressed issues with their custom replenishment process, produced year end account reconciliation reports, taught them BI Publisher, Component Interfaces, Excel to CI, and Application Engine programming. I reviewed their entire procure to pay process and gave them a plan to use delivered functionality, implement ePro and to improve their business. I also worked with an accounting executive to review PeopleSoft AR functionality and create a custom plan for their implementation.

Created custom interface between AP and Vertex, required creating project plan, functional specifications, technical specifications, coding and testing. The majority of this functionality later made it into the PeopleSoft release 8.9 delivered product after I worked with the PeopleSoft Strategy group.

Created customization to the CIS billing engine using PeopleCode objects and COBOL modifications. Also documented this with functional and technical specifications.
