Sales, Development, and Marketing:

• Oversees the planning, organization, implementation & evaluation of CME activities including the Live and Virtual CME Programs directed at physicians & other healthcare professionals.

• Responsible for new development, support, maintenance and enhancement of the systems. Serves as a technical point of contact for all levels and groups within the organization.

• Works with course directors to guide them through the process from application to execution in a manner that meets the accreditation requirements & continuous data collection. Assists in the logistics, on-site monitoring and execution of the live CME activities to ensure adherence to the regulations for CME accreditation.

• Oversees faculty coordination, reimbursements, monitors budgets, revenue and expenses, letters of agreement, educational grants, etc.

• Complies with regulations of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through training provided by the Depart. of Medical Education & the continuous development by ACCME.

• Manages the agendas and minutes for the CME Committee meetings. Prepares, disseminates & analyzes the CME needs assessment data.

• Analyze data to evaluate CME activities and assist the Director in making notices of commendation or recommendations for improvement.

• Prepares social media marketing material to promote medical education offerings, updates CME website and calendar with CME offerings.

• Participates in the creation and implementation of innovative and engaging CME web-based courses in compliance with ACCME rules as well as policies, procedures, processes and program documentation. PREMIER CONNECTS, INC / OCT 2011 - DEC 2019

REGIONAL DIRECTOR, NorthEast: Responsible for managing all event planning projects for the NorthEast territory. Client profile includes primarily Fortune 5000 executives and direct reports. This role includes:

• Organize and implement detailed sales plans, budgets, and manage an annual calendar of events.

• Sales, Agenda details, organizing luncheons and manage vendors/sponsor details.

• Negotiate and execute agreements with outside vendors (e.g., hotels, catering, restaurant, travel, etc.)

• Coordinate logistics leading up to events, including, but not limited to, booth and collateral delivery, travel arrangements, logistics handling, and managing the marketing activities schedule.

• Assist in managing national partner relationships.

• Create, regularly update, and deploy email marketing campaigns using a combination of tools such as: Jigsaw, Linkedin, Microsoft Office, Myemma, Saleslogic, Sendgrid, DiscoverOrg., Etc.

• Create and distribute press releases and newsletters.

• Frequent travel across North America to onsite
