Daily site walk with Project execution teams, Structural team, MEP team, Finishing contractors delegate task and responsibilities with dead line to finish, Review and restore any issues in technical design clarification, Production, Procurement, Material deliveries, Plants and resources, Logistics which might have potential threats to progress on site

Emails, Correspondences to Consultants, Subcontractors for clarifications, Instructions, Request, Sign off requisitions, Raising Invoices, Time sheets.

Conduct weekly meeting with sub-contractors, Internal project execution and design team,to delegate and communicate action plan for the weeks ahead with due date, address Design concerns, review and track procurement, Production plans, Plants and resources, Safety and quality concerns, and any commercial issues .Issue the minutes of meeting for relevant actions.

Review and track risk associated with program schedule with planning team; Clarify and raise Day work, SI, variation with commercial team, including tracking subcontractors procurement material

Follow up for MEP clearance and weekly look ahead from relevant Contractors, Raising CSR,NR,WIR to Qc team and raising RFI to Design team if required

Review and discussing project progress of the day with Site managers, Construction managers .Delegate action plan for next day sequences
