JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN MINISTRY OF HOUSING INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT:

Review tender/design drawings, project specifications.

Review and approved shop drawings, material submittals and technical submittals (Irrigation IMMS & STP), subcontractor’s profiles.

Site surveillance, quality assurance for U/G potable & fire water network, irrigation water network and monitoring & controls. Fire hydrants, water house connections. U/G potable & irrigation water tanks and pump stations.

Monitor sewer and storm drainage networks.

Review and approved testing and commissioning procedures, test report formats.

Attend inspections for testing of pressure lines, gravity lines and pump room equipments pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

Review and approve testing & commissioning results complying with standard procedures and project specifications and maintain records.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN MINISTRY OF INTERIOR INTEGRATED PROJECT:

Project briefing: Total 10 sites (govt. buildings & facilities) scattered in the region from intra-city to 280km faraway sites.

Supervise mechanical services above ground & underground, U/G water tanks, pumping stations, lift station and sewage treatment plant.

Mechanical services included: Potable, fire, irrigation water networks, sewer (grey & soil drainage networks), HVAC (Air-cooled chillers, AHU’s, FCU’s, Window A/C, VAV’s..) fire fighting, LPG tanks & piping, central drinking chilled water system station with piping, central hot & warm water system (boiler station with piping). Washing & filling networks, smoke extraction system for civil defence buildings, fuel oil system with Standby Generator (U/G tank, day tank, above and U/G Piping, transfer pumps). High security & Vandal proof mechanical systems for prison buildings and cells, Elevators and low current interfaces.

Review of post-approval shop drawings against site conditions and necessary site engineering/modifications. Make Co-ordination with other disciplines to avoid conflicts.

Attend inspections for witnessing the testing of pressure lines (potable water, fire water, irrigation, LPG lines, fuel oil piping), standby generators commissioning and performance test. HVAC air-cooled chillers commissioning and performance test, exhaust air and smoke ventilation system testing.

Perform equipments testing & commissioning, HVAC system testing and balancing, Fire fighting pumps operation test.

Review and approval of test results, As-built drawings and O&Ms.

Issue site work instructions, Non-Conformance reports. Review weekly and monthly progress reports and invoices against completion of work.

Actively involved in project handover documentation and closeout for each site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN KAPASRC PROJECT (LEED PLATINIUM CERTIFIED):

Project battery limits interface coordination between ARAMCO contractors.

Arrange meetings with material vendors and contractor after signing the contract.

Interface for all utility services (civil, electrical, mechanical & communication).

Review and approval of shop drawings submitted by contractors.

Review design packages for all utility services and highlight any conflicts.

Review the scope of work for the company at interface point tie-ins.

Review and approval of the ITP, MOS, Subcontractors & material supplier profiles.

Follow up for materials, drawings, and field engineering issues.

Review material submittals for LEED compliance and follow up with LEED Consultant assigned at the site.

Review control system technical documents (Irrigation control systems and BMS).

Site supervision of infrastructure work includes all underground mechanical piping.

Supervise of non-metallic welding (fusion welding) for HDPE pipes.

Focus on project completion schedule and expedite site work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN POLYCARBONATE PLANT SAUDI KAYAN:

Internal inspections of static equipments before final box up.

Perform plant audits on CSU technical issues related to piping and static equipments.

Trouble screen technical problems and follow up when discrepancy found during cold and hot runs.

Prepare reports for technical problems and required documents.

Preparing daily finding reports and follow up.

Ensure the quality and clarity of handover documents including as-built, deliverables.

Verifying all pressure test documentations, all applicable NDT reports, mechanical completion and PSSR reports.

Perform system-wise final walkthrough and generate punch list.

Baseline measurements (TML) of equipments and piping for corrosion rate analysis.

System wise monitoring of cold runs operations followed by plant operation team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN SAUDI KAYAN INDUSTRIAL PORT FACILITY:

Review and approve of technical documents such as ITP, WPS, WQR & MOS packages.

Review and approval of pressure test packages, piping tie-in packages, and gold weld packages

Welding Inspection of the bottom plate, annular plate and shell plate of tanks.

Tank Peaking and banding inspection and plumpness checking of each shell course.

Make tank settlement inspection by filling water for every 25 per cent.

Conduct inspection of rotating equipments (pumps, acetone chillers’ package, instrument air compressor).

Involved in installation and inspection of marine loading arms, loading hose and hydraulic winches.

Installation and inspection of chillers, AHU’s, inertia filters and smoke purge fans.

Installation and inspection of chillers piping and supply & return air duct networks.

Testing and commissioning of the complete HVAC system.

Firewater and foam deluge station installation inspection and testing.

Actively involved in IPMT audits against contractor and subcontractors.

Interface with KFIP and SABIC SABTANK representatives.

Phenolics Plant Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Complex:

Responsible for plant static equipment’s erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning.

Monitor equipment delivery schedule. Study rigging plan, follow safe working practices, arrange safety permits before and during the erection of equipments. Maintain housekeeping and attend safety audits.

Jubail Chevron Phillips Project:

Achieve appreciation as a hard-working inspector through department head and colleagues.

Responsible for plant static and rotating equipments inspections.

Conduct daily site ssurveillance for quality check of equipment erection activities.

Raise inspection request for main contractor and client.

Maintaine inspection records, follow inspection and test plans.

SEC Power Plants (Arar, Rafha & Jizan) and Substations in Central, South and Eastern Province:
