1.Position: PROJECT ENGINEER Tenure: Apr 2019 - Present

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure installation in compliance with project specification, drawing and applicable code requirements. Also to ensure that the test procedures are followed during erection of bottling plant.

Prepare and preview daily and weekly reports to office regarding the completion of project.

Liaise with the site construction engineer and provide assistance.

Monitoring calibration status and condition of measuring equipments.

2.Position: OPERATIONS ENGINEER Tenure: Dec 2014 – Mar 2019

Organization: AL-GHAITH INDUSTRIES, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identifying scope for: Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity.

Modifications in equipments, consumables, power etc for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.

Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget.

Managing the process quality and product quality. Providing the process training and advising as appropriate to any national personnel assigned or seconded to the projects.

Ensuring that process problems and requirements that need input from other disciplines and departments are fully explained and expedited.

Optimizing the current processes through trials, coordinated lab work and personnel, performed statistical analysis and wrote technical reports.

3.Position: ASSISTANT ENGINEER Tenure: Aug 2014- Dec 2014

Organization: Kerala State Pollution Control Board, Palakkad, Kerala, India

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor and control water, air and noise pollution and collect water samples for analysis to check the standard of treated effluent to find the ETP efficiency in major industries.

Verification of the adequacy of the pollution control measures taken by the industries and also industrial inspection to verify the control measure compliance.

Technical scrutiny of consent application of industries, hospitals and other establishments. Preparations of consents verification reports and reply letters.

Investigate complaints about health safety and ensure the industries follow health regulations. And also inspect and license premises that may present infectious disease risks to the community.

Maintain records, prepare statistics, write reports and give evidence in court cases where health or environmental regulations have been violated.

4.Position: SHIFT ENGINEER INCHARGE Tenure: Jul 2012- Jul 2014

Organization: 20 Microns Limited, Hosur, Tamilnadu, India

Roles & Responsibilities:

Worked as a team leader to prepare the industry for each shift

Monitors the operation and performance of the facility on shift.
