Patient scheduling . Financial specialist. Customer service with phones. I started out being a patient scheduler. I started out by learning the schedule and how to set appointments with in the schedule for hygiene and doctors. I also would call patients to confirm appointments or call them to get them scheduled for either past due or upcoming cleanings or for planned pending treatment. I have also learned about insurance. Looking up patients insurance and being able to read their plan and being able to apply it to their account to reflect the coverage to be able to present treatment plans to patients with correct coverage. I would go over treatment plans with patients if their were costs involved or treatment that was needed. I worked with patients on payment options via in house options or credit options. I have also had to apply payments to patients account from a patient payment to a insurance payment. I have to also address patients questions and concerns that do come about and try and figure out ways to resolve an issue or help to better understand as medical terminology might not be the easiest to understand. I have also helped with training new employees who are coming on to work as a patient scheduler. I work with sending emails and faxes between another office for referrals or sending or receiving records for a patient. I work 2

with different programs for my day to day tasks to working with importing data for tracking and reporting information.

5 start certification. We work with a company called scheduling institute who works with businesses on a perfect call with a new patient calling in or working with a patient in person. Every month as a patient scheduler I am scored on a mystery call with this company who calls in acting like a new patient. I have received Acknowledgement from scheduling institute but 5 star calls, and gifts once I was certified and for reaching months in a row of a 5 star call. I have as been I have acknowledgement from the owner doctor of our practice at team meetings. Along with personal conversations about the performance they have seen which result in a raise. I have been certified in CPR as of February 5th,2020. We have training on patient experience and ways to interact with patients and treatment in a way it benefits both.

Loan specialist in multiple levels of aging loans. When I started I started in a department called early stage which was working with home loans that were due in the current month. After being there for 5 months I was asked to be moved to our late stage department that worked with home loads due from current to needing to start the foreclosure process or that are working with agents to modify their loans. My daily tasks were to help customers make payments on their accounts or to contact them to make their payments. I also helped customers with questions on their mortgage loans from changes to payments due or about questions on how to complete a task from how to change the name on the mortgage to another party or dealing with divorce or borrowers passing. I also helped patients with starting the application process for a refinance or foreclosure. Monthly awards for meeting goals. Company wide acknowledgement by company rankings. Each month our stats were based off of payments collected in the different states. They would put a base line number and once you reached that you earned a bonus and for every payment after you earned a dollar amount per payment. 3

I also had to de-escalate Customers who were upset about a charge or just issues with service. Monthly awards for meeting goals such as meeting goals on adding a dollar amount of features per month, or on a phone call scoring system meeting above a certain total which changed every month based on the prior months or demands within the company.
