Performance Management System

To support and coordinate to ensure timely completion of the appraisal process

Liaise with line managers to ensure completion of Appraisal forms and collate feedback for their teams

Preparation of appraisal letters

Update the appraisal details on the system and ensure updation of roles as per recommendations

Training & Development

Identify the training needs with the business heads

Record the outcome of the training need analysis and ensure periodical updates

Preparation of training calendar basis of the analysis

Identification of trainers and agencies for various trainings

Coordinate & arrange training programs through various external agencies

Ensure logistical support for conduction of training programs

Documentation for internal training.

Payroll Processing

Preparation of the payment advice for the pay roll after collating the attendance.

Maintaining the resignation database for payroll.
