Assistant General Manager

Assist the GM with managing the profit, merchandise, operations, and Team Members

Look for in-stock and merchandising opportunities by reviewing various reports

Assist in executing advertising, profit management, and shrink reduction

Responsible for creating a customer focused atmosphere in the store

Communicate and drive all company initiatives to Team Members via daily huddles
