c)Creating and changing HR Objects: infotypes, schemas, rules, functions, operations, features, cluster tables, wage types, reports.

d)Creating HR Forms, Interface, Metastars, Metadimensions.

1)Legal Changes - (GB Payroll)

Technology: ABAP-HR

Description: It involved changing the calculations of National Insurance and the Pension. It was implemented by modifying the Module Pool program for functionalities, Change in existing rules and creating new rules too, features etc.

Role: Requirements gathering, design, coding and testing.

2) Implementation of Organization Management for GB Solution

Technology: ABAP-HR

Description: It involved creating of GB Specific Infotypes according to the requirement and creating the whole setup in the internal system and consulting the customer about the organization management It was implemented by creating new infotypes, Customizing, and designing the Organizational structure.

Developments undertaken:

1) SWF Census(School Work Force Census)

Description: The SWF Census requires that certain data is now stored for each member of staff that works in a school or in conjunction with a school. This data is then derived for each member of staff that works in a school or in conjunction with a school and send in XML format to the central system COLLECT. It was implemented by developing three SWF specific infotypes, a report and customizing.

Role: Critical impact analysis, Requirements gathering, design, coding and testing

2) LGPS(Local Government Pension details)

Description: It allows customers to do two things:-

Report on all employees that have changed contribution rate.

Report on all the contributions made to a specific pension scheme at a specific contribution rate.

Role: design, coding and testing

3)ASHE (Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings)

Description: The ASHE (Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings) report generates the Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (ASHE) record for submission to the Office for National Statistics. This record contains the employee details as on a particular date, which includes pay, hours of work, pension, job description and location details. It was implemented by development and customizing.

4)Infotype Decoupling

Description: The main objective of this project is separating of Business Logic and User Interface.

The implementation of the task was challenging as it involved creating numerous BL Classes, UI Classes and UI Structures. I got an opportunity to work on all parts of the project.

Role: Implemented the Decoupled Infotypes for different countries like Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland etc.

Implemented different Business checks for infotypes and also involved with the testing of developed objects and solved the issues raised in testing.

Training on joining SAP Labs India Private Limited at Bangalore.
