Deliver tax compliance and planning services to corporations, partnerships, and individuals.

Managing Tax Director (2007 to Present)

Administer projects and deliver support services. Projects include Sec 382 review, stock option analysis, SALT compliance/nexus, ASC 740 tax provision preparation or review, tax minimization strategies (e.g., transfer pricing and/or acquisition issues), SOX 404 preparation, 10Q and 10-K tax provision preparation or review, treaty analysis, sales and use review, IRS and state examination support, and implementation and/or review of new tax laws. Tax Director (2004 to 2006)

In charge of tax department for this bank. Prior to my leaving, this company had $584 million in revenue with a net after tax profit of $100 million with over 1,300 employees. Devised and executed SOX audit support documentation. Maintained strict compliance with federal tax law under IRC §475, 582, 585, 1272, 1273, 1276, etc. as well as multi-state rules. Integrated tax planning strategies into the tax compliance function process.
