INTRODUCTION
I am currently doing my BA in Honours - Journalism and Media Studies at Rhodes University. We are inspired by helping students reach their full potential. Our tutors do this through the use of goal setting, addressing individual student strengths and weaknesses, building academic self-confidence and encouraging motivation.

As the VC Cares committee we do volunteer work in the community, as well as around campus. We assist NGO’s that are assigned to us with things such as raising funds and so forth. As the VC Cares secretary my duty is to make sure that the admin work is done, delegation of certain duties as well as assist the chair and vice chairperson.
