Coordination and startup of BOPP (plastic films) factory with nearly 500 employees on a project of more than U$ 250.000.000,00, achieving the proposed budget.

Responsible for the purchase of the rival Microservice, in the entertainment segment, becoming the leader in the Brazilian market and founding the new company, AMZ Midia Industrial S/A that belongs to Videolar S/A.

Responsible for the operational license for CDs, DVDs and BDs of Brazil and Games for the Hollywood studios (FOX, Warner, Paramount, Sony Pictures, Disney). It is included in these operations the replication, storage, processing and distribution of these products to the Brazilian retail, with an annual distribution of 60 MM of units in more than 20,000 outlets, totalizing an annual turnover of R$ 450 MM / year.

Responsible for the Business Unity of CDRs, DVDRs and USB Flash Drives, being the leader in the Brazilian market of data storage, presenting a raise of 22% in the turnover. Negotiations with the greatest wholesalers and retailers of Brazil such as: LASA, Saraiva, WalMart, Carrefour, Pão de Açúcar and Martins Wholesaler, achieving the annual turnover of R$ 320 MM in 2010.

Responsible for the virtual store Videolar.com and Somlivre.com specialized in entertainment product sales, such as CDs, DVDs, BDs and other electronic categories, with an annual turnover of R$80 MM in 2005 making the company the segment’s leader.

Responsible for the SAP implementation, allowing the integration of all the company operations, in a single management environment, making possible a reduction of about 20% of the operational costs and allowing the company’s growth.

Management of 1,100 employees placed in the factory and in the distribution center in Manaus/AM and in the head office in São Paulo/SP.

MARTINS Group – UBERLÂNDIA/MG – From 08/1989 to 12/1999 The Martins Group is formed by the greatest wholesalers distributors in Latin American, with sales of nearly R$ 1.4 billion and more than 5,000 employees. The group has a financial arm, Tribanco Bank, which supports the commercial operations of its suppliers and clients, and a retail arm, which today is called Smart with more than 800 associated stores and support services to clients, like the “Universidade Martins do Varejo”. APOIO CLUBE DE COMPRAS S/A – From 01/1999 to 12/1999 A company in the segment of wholesale and retail of Martins Group, acquired from Apoio S/A of Belo Horizonte with 3 stores in Brazil at Belo Horizonte, São Paulo and São José dos Campos. Responsible for the purchase, sales and logistics management of the “cash & carry”

(wholesale and retail) segment, with an annual turnover of R$ 120 MM including 3 stores located in Belo Horizonte/MG, São Paulo/SP and São José dos Campos/SP, with more than 150,000 clients of different retail channels.

An increase of 18% in the company’s profitability, it is a consequence of the review of the Margins Plan, Variety of Products and Business Plans developed directly with the main suppliers.

Stake in the purchase project of Apoio by Martins, taking part in the due diligence and structuring the whole team that led the process of management change.
