I was able to increase our on time delivery from 93 percent to 97 percent. This was accomplished by organizing and scheduling the 12 directs we have under my supervision. My team also improved on the manner in which orders were entered and verified. This in turn reduced our cost and need to process credits. We also were able to meet and exceed on our safety goals by reducing our days missed due to lost time accidents to fewer than 3 per year with only 1 in 2014. In addition, we have also been able to better utilize our trailer space going from 160 MSF to 165 MSF.
