As an Order Management Assistant, my role is to be the key link in communication with our customers for order/inventory questions daily. I work closely with the shipping department to ensure that every order is processed and delivered on time as well as working with the sales and accounting departments ensuring orders are created based off customer needs and billing/invoices are accurate and paid on time.
