Manage the schedule of doctors, dental hygienist and nurses to ensure operational requirements are met and the preference of the patient and dental needs

Responsible for keeping, updating the Medical Records of the patients, consent forms and other related document in a secured and safe manner by scanning it to the system’s document center and filing the hard copy in a lockable cabinet

Answers and responds to phone call with professionalism

Review supplies for the reception and provide order

Prepares quotation of treatment and explains to the patient.

Collect payments from the patients and handles insurance preparation

Handles the petty cash and prepare the day sheet report for the accountant.

OB-Gyne Ward Nurse

Receives the patient to the unit and kept them comfortably in bed. Post-partum mothers

from delivery room, preterm mothers from the labor room or emergency room, rooming-in

of neonates from nursery care units.

Assess the nursing needs of the patient includes post partial and newborn care,

cephalocaudal assessment, vital signs taking.

Assist and encourage mothers in breastfeeding to promote bonding, proper nutrition

to her neonate and proper newborn care.

Delivers prescribed treatment and medications in safe manner with established policies,

procedures and standards.

Participates in the endorsement and maintains good communication with the health team

in improving conditions of the patients.

Pediatric Ward Nurse

Receives patient to the unit and established safety, appropriate to a child patient and it's

condition includes side rails and comfortable room.

Assisting patient and giving proper nursing care.

Administer oral and I.V medications to the patient with proper techniques and strategies

not to harm the child and be comfortable to the child.

Updates attending physician in the status and condition of the patient and participates in improving health conditions.

Medical and Surgical Ward Nurse

Receives patient and prepare the unit appropriate for the patient's condition. Patient from

intensive care unit, emergency room and operating room.

Assess the nursing needs of the patient includes history taking, cephalocaudal assessment and monitoring of vital signs.

Prepares a plan of nursing care for the patient and implements the appropriate nursing intervention.

Exercise professional skills and judgment in establishing priorities for implementation based on nursing theories and principles

a.anticipating the needs for oxygen administration and naso-oral suctioning and cleaning

b.administer I.V fluid infusion, blood transfusion, I.V medications as per doctor's order

c.collection of specimens for laboratory testing including urine, blood, and sputum of the patient as per doctor's instructions

d.sound judgment of patient's condition, anticipating the need for immediate referral after independent nursing interventions

e.assist doctors in performing special procedures to patient

If the patient is for operation, preparation is started including I.V insertion, securing consent and giving psychological support to the patient and relatives.

Assisting and giving proper nursing care to post-operative patient and informing dietary unit for patient meal.

Participates in health education to prepare the patient and the family for discharge. Care at home including instructions regarding home medications and clinic appointments following discharge.

Recognizes the educational needs of self and keeps up to date with the current trends and good Practices within nursing profession by attending hospital assemblies, and seminars or training programs.

Takes part in the ongoing quality assessment and improvement program. In case of infection control program, follow strict hand washing before and after handling patients.
