Sorting and keeping records of incoming and outgoing documents, update all project status and submit to Manager and Supervisor.
Attend regular management meetings with service providers and note follow up actions as required. Coordinate follow up on action items.
Contributing to the effective functioning of the team by identifying with and participating in the attainment of team objectives, communicating and sharing knowledge.
Review and make recommendations to maintain landscape (Internal/External) and irrigation, maintaining accurate records as required.
Supervise purchasing of Landscaping (Internal/External) materials and tools.

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

Job Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of strategies to meet client requirements and maintain a dynamic and committed continuous improvement approach.
Be responsible for the cost effective rostering of site supervisors and the direct labour reporting to the site supervisors.
Ensure an accurate stock take is undertaken on a quarterly basis along with the management and maintenance of all equipment.
Plan work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate services are rendered to all areas.
Prepares invoices, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers for daily and monthly basis, generate a statement of account sent to the client and follow up the payment.
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to recording.
Process payment (by cash) to suppliers and service providers prior to due date
Monitors unvouchered items or goods received not invoiced report
Assist in monthly aging & reconciliation of accounts payables and receivables.
Handles Petty Cash and maintain records for all issued cash.
Prepares employee monthly time sheet and submit to payroll dept.
Safekeeping and maintaining of employee files and records.
Project plant cost estimate base of approved LOI (Letter of Intent).
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
