Responsibilities
• Source & negotiate prices to ensure avail the best market rate. Provide AWB/BL instructions.
Coordinate with client for draft AWB/BL
confirmation. Receiving & sending shipment pre
alerts from agents to client.
• Track and monitor incoming and cross border
shipments and ensure the departure and arrival as
scheduled. Requesting deconsolidation in Calogi
before the shipment arrival. Segregation of incoming documents and passing the details to clearance
department for Customs clearance.
• ADM booking, arranging transportation and
orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery.
• Following up with shipping line for Arrival Notice and invoice. Arrange final BL, other documents &
letters required to collect exchange letter & DO (LCL and FCL).
• Coordinate with agent, shipper, airlines/shipping lines and consignee to resolve any import related issues such as short landing, part shipment, booking
discrepancy, missing shipment/AWB, AWB
amendments, mis routed shipments etc.
• To arrange bookings based on customer requirements with various nominated third parties. To arrange cargo pick up, prepare draft AWB, and to follow up with
Client for draft approval & Execution. Sending final pre alert.
• To arrange Container Release Order. Arranging
container Pick Up. Submission of Load List and SI on time. Preparation of BL and follow up with client for approval.
• Dispute and confirmation of invoices. Arranging
payment and collection of final BL. Act as an
intermediate between supplier and buyer.
