VISITOR COUNTER
Description: A digital visitor counter is used to count how many people entered into a hall (OR) to count the vehicles passing through a particular location and so on. Tools: IC4026, LDR, 7 segment display, resistor, transistor. AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY LIGHT
Description: The emergency light circuit is designed such that it automatically detects the power cut and turns ON.
Tools: Transformer, IC7809, diodes, capacitor, lamp, battery, resistors. FACE RECOGNITION AND OBJECT DETECTION USING RASPBERRY PI AND IOT Description: In this technique the main objective is to detect any object from a video by sending each frame to Google Cloud Vision API and processing it using the Google Cloud Vision API. The Google Cloud Vision API will send the labels of the objects in each frame continually, so we can search and find any object in an image frame by just comparing it with the labels from Google Cloud Vision API. So, in a crime scene if there is surveillance video of a long period and if we have a particular object that has been used by the suspect, we can easily identify the time duration of exactly when the crime took place without having to watch an entire surveillance video thus reducing the manpower and time required. We can even do live surveillance without anyone having to watch over constantly
Face recognition: A facial recognition system is a technology that is capable of identifying or verifying a person from a digital image or a video frame from a video source. Tools: Open CV, PyQt, Python 3.7,Google Cloud platform. SPA’S DEBRIS RESCUE DRONE
Description: The rescue drone consists of an IR sensor that detects humans with the help of IR radiations emitted by them. Using this people struck under the debris during mine accidents can be rescued in time.
