Through cooperation with Southern Jersey farmers this beverage utilized blueberries that would ordinarily be disposed and incorporated them into a beverage full of anti-oxidants . Public relations efforts successfully garnered sales and drew direct competition to Japan’s blueberry beverage products.
“Eating Healthy Is Great” PBS Food Educational Spots, WMHT PBS Kids Programming, Albany, N.Y. (12/07- 12/09) Appeared as The Muffin Man, an on-air personality, encouraging children throughout the Western, MA, Albany, NY Capital Region, and Vermont regions to eat healthy foods. Televised segments appeared as unique food questions and answers during the show “Between The Lions” on PBS stations as part of a public broadcasting development campaign. This PBS development campaign served to increase station membership numbers, individual telephone contributions, and private school donors for future stewardship campaigns.

Rutgers University Youth Farmstand Project Manager and Site Supervisor, Plainfield, NJ Youth Farmstand (5/96-8/96 and 5/97-8/97) Through the Rutgers University Nutritional Science Department, managed rapid changes by supervising over twelve high school students in the maintenance and sale of produce to urban and impoverished NJ neighborhoods.
