Statutory Compliances

Ensure industrial establishment and operations are in compliance with local, state and federal environmental regulations. Keeping up to date with relevant changes in environmental legislation and initiatives including national and international legislation where as applicable; MOEF&CC, CPCB, SPCB & IFC. Conformity with Judiciary order and judgment of Hon’ble SC & NGT.

Management and disposal of different types of polluting waste; strategy for pollution control, Battery waste, E – Waste, Biomedical Waste, Hazardous Waste & Solid waste.

Periodically compliance under Air, Water & EP Act as per developed annual calendar. Compliances of stipulated condition given in EC, CTE, CTO, HW, BMW. Submission of BWM, E waste, Environmental Statement Report, Fly ash Gen. & utilization.
