Role: Instrument Engineer.

As a Part of Project team:

• Preparation of Instrument index by review the P&ID.

• Generating instrument loop diagrams.

• Preparation of Instrument specification sheet (ISS).

• Loop check, Function test activities of HART and FF type instruments.

• Plant, corrective &breakdown maintenance of process instruments and 2oo3 SIS instruments.

• Carrying out pre commissioning and commissioning and Start up activities.

• Providing vendor assistance and support to operation team during start up activities.

• Fault finding, trouble shooting and maintenance of field instruments (like control valves, level transmitters- Gauge wave radar type, interface type, Flow transmitters, pressure &temperature transmitters, Flame scanners etc.

• Configure and check the PST (partial stroke test) in ON-OFF valve.
