Knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment and manual tools. Ability to read and interpret drawings, designs and blueprints. Read weld symbols. Monitor all welding processes and ensure absense of any distortion or shrinkage. Weld components in flat, vertical, overhead and horizontal positions. Asses all test pieces for any physical defects and irregularities. Pass an xray test and bend test on welded components.
