As a retail support associate, I worked with my team to ensure all the merchandise is
organized and secured and ready to be sold. I’m well aware of the merchandise the store
sells and made sure the collections were conducted well so it meets customer experience
standards. I’m also in charge of all carry outs and special deliveries.
Kohl’s- August 2017-March 2019
As a sales associate, it consists of working the sales floors, answering questions about services and merchandise, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I was in charge of the stores organization and training new employees. As a sales associate, I was trained as a cashier to provide customers with the best experience possible.
Massage Envy- February 2019-March 2020
As a Front Desk Associate, I handled all customer service issues in a professional and timely manner. I made sure all customers had the best experience during their visit in our facility. As the key holder, I ensured everything met the standards for the morning or night shifts.
