I’m an experienced engineer in electronics and

WORK EXPERIENCE:

February 18, 2008 – August 30,2019: Ericsson Panama RSC Regional Coordinator (March 2018 – August 2019)

- Responsible of coordinating many distributed teams of Engineers and Technicians, handling telecommunication installations for projects running simultaneously on several remote location.

- The above made me responsible of talent acquisition, technical evaluations, continuous improvement strategy design, and implement the stimulation process of work team performance.

- I supported the project management office in the initial phases of projects with strategic planning, risk analysis, resources/facilities/acquisitions dimensioning, changes/times/quality, and implementation management.

- Amongst my responsibilities, there is also the control, elaboration, and presentation of KPI reports, cost savings/avoidance reports, quotations/financials variations, budget impacts (change Requests), evaluation of support areas, and audits

(Quality/OHS, etc.).

Implementation Manager (Nov 2010 – March 2018)

- Project management, financial and technical support for implementations which required to maintain project budget, purchase orders, perform good’s receipt, push for up sales, and change management.

- Coordination of telecommunication field engineers, subcontractors, procurement with external and internal suppliers including invoicing for material delivery & logistics, installation deployment, equipment configuration, diagnosis, troubleshooting, testing, and fix for maintenance and civil works of radio base stations.
