JOB DETAILS:-
1. Complete planning of Preventive mechanical maintenance as per standard practice
& maintaining the complete record on SAP PM.
2. Complete Planning and execution of UTILITY Maintenance & Operation. 3. Maintaining of spares details as per recommended OEM. 4. Complete planning of spares & consumables for maintenance. 5. Proper scheduling and distribution of regular & breakdown maintenance work. 6. Successfully completed annual shutdown of 45 TPH AFBC boiler, 15TPH AFBC Boiler, 6 TPH Boiler, 6.4 MW, 1.275 MW, 35 TPH CHP.
7. Experienced in alignment of any HT & LT motors with mechanical drives. 8. Maintain also IMS standard documents.
9. Overwhelming of Air compressor both Reciprocating and screw type. 10. Operation and maintenance of Vapor Absorption Machine (VAM). 11. Installation and modification of RO&DM plant.
12. Operation and Maintenance of cooling towers.
13. Daily Production and planning report execute as per SAP PP. 14. Monthly & Yearly Documentation work. (MRM, AOP, IMS, 5S….ETC). Key Responsibility:-
1. Overall responsible for Operation & maintenance activity of Boiler & STG. 2. Overall responsible for maintenance activity of Boiler, Back pressure Turbine &Utility section
3. Effective safety measures, feasibility for maintenance & repairing, long term impact Assessment and its rectification.
4. Out sourcing of work through expertise contractors & controlled timeliness objective. 5. Management of man hours involved within stipulated budget. 6. Safety coordination, attending safety and progress meeting, coordination with client. 7. Checking Alignment of any HT & LT motors with mechanical drives. 8. Resume auxiliary power by modifying air circuit system of air compressors. 9. Modification of Service air compressor & Instrument air compressor common air line for any emergency condition.
10. Implement 5S & RC also in site.
11. Bearing replacement of Boiler Feed Pump, ID, FD, PA. 12. Installation Thermo-compressor in boiler for condensate recovery. 13. Controlling Shift as per the standard parameters of both Boiler and STG. 14. Controlling Both the UTILITY and Captive Power Plant With Operation and Maintenance.

1. In-House team Nitrogen charging in accumulator without help of service engineer. 2. Rejected water of recover from Ro system.
