Started working and testing with CRM team and after that project was delivered being a part of CRM Hotline (First Line) team member to solve and provide after- sales support for customer issues about 6 months and after that, I was promoted to be responsible for issue fixing by PL/SQL and negotiate with customers for existed businesses and as a CRM CS team support to support CRM issues.
