OBJECTIVE

As a young girl, I was having to interpret a lot for my parents and other family members when they go to see their doctors or being admitted to the hospitals because of their language barrier. I was always fascinated at how professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable these healthcare professionals are. Although I wanted to help people, I didn't want to set a goal that may be too high such as medical school so I opted for nursing. After working as a nurse for many years, I decided to advance my education so that I may be able to provide patient care as well as have the autonomy to assist patients in the treatment choices that are best for them; therefore, this is my objective as a Nurse Practitioner.
