Lead and drive five different teams such as Operations, Planning, Engineering, Supply chain and Quality teams by managing recovery plans as required to meet customer needs with Production Control.

Liaise with Master Scheduling and Production control in preparation of outlook and LE (latest estimate) meetings with Operations Lead.

Coordinate and mange five different teams such as Production, Quality, Methods, Planning Team and Logistics and manage the daily production priorities and milestones for cockpit on Global 7000/8000 aircraft program.

Conduct daily morning meeting with five different teams such as Production, Quality, Methods, Planning and logistics team.

Coordinate with the planning team, in order to obtain daily production plan, and allocate these planned books to the production team, facilitate them to achieve the daily targets.

Collaborate with the quality team and drive them to raise an NCRs, in cases of any non-conformances in the production process and preparing a NCR schedule in MS Project, follow-up with engineering team to obtain the disposition for the NCR.

There might be a production sequence issues with respect to the work book. So in such cases, need to coordinate with the methods team and get the issue sorted out.

Lead the team of six Methods engineers and provide a methods support for all the production A/Cs.

Conduct daily morning meeting among these team members and analyse the major production sequence issues on all the production aircrafts.

Allocating a dedicated Methods engineer to a specific aircraft, in case of major production sequence or discrepancy found.

Define and the describe the process of assembling to production team, with respect to the VWI, in case, if the production team is unable to interpret the information from the work book.

In case of any discrepancies in the assembling process, need to investigate the assembling zone in the A/C, and prepare a presentation about the issue and send the request to quality, in order to raise NCR.
