Scope of work:
• Directly reporting to the Project and Recruitment Manager.
• Responsible for the recruitment starting from screening, arranging interviews, selection of candidates, issuance of offering letters, collection of documents for visa process, coordination with the PRO team for the completion of visa and work permits, coordination with the Operations team and Accounts team for the preparation of the timesheet, invoices and salary.
• Posting advertisement for available job vacancies.
• Follows up with the recruitment parties in a timely manner to collate proper feedback.
• Ensuring that CVs are submitted on time, meeting the submission deadline set by the client.
• Assist in preparation of documents (quotations, receipts, spreadsheets, invoices).
• Assist with the accounts and HR team for the preparation of Commercial proposal.
• Develops and maintains databases and spreadsheets for monitoring of manpower requirements
• Responsible in the recruitment process (white collar and blue collar jobs) direct hires and temporary hires.
• Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources.

ONCE PROJECT IS HANDLE:
Responsible for the mobilization of the manpower requirements.
Responsible to post advertisement / coordinate with overseas agents for manpower sourcing.
Responsible in searching, sourcing and screening applications and filter the most appropriate qualification that matches the requirement of the client.
Handling and responsible for the recruitment from screening arranging interviews selection of candidates issuance of offer letter collection of documents for visa process coordination with the HR team for the completion of visa and work permits joining and boarding of selected candidates coordination with the Operations team and Accounts team for the preparation of the timesheets, invoices and salary.
Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources to promote trust.
Updating database for proper monitoring of CV’ sent, available vacancies, interview schedules, pending offer letters, pending joining.
Formatting applications prior to presentation to the client.
Follow up feedback with all candidates and coordinate with recruitment parties in a timely manner to collate proper feedback.
Showing enthusiasm in communicating with the applicants and the clients.
Ensuring that vacancies are filled at the earliest time possible, meeting the submission deadline set by the client.
