Store Rollout: Ensuring Go live of store across 2400,1600 and 800 proto that includes Prewalk observation, site handover from D&C, fixture setup, shelf edge level, feature plan execution, cash office setup, arrange initial store expense amount, modular plan, ensure store team health and safety and store cleanliness as per company standards.

Capex Control: Preparing exact BOQ for new store roll out, generate STO in SAP, loading and unloading of fixture, moving extra fixture to capex DC from existing store, finding scope of usage of old fixture stock doing scrap of old/damaged fixture from store.

Managing cross functions activity: Co-coordinating with design and constructions, real estate, operations, supply chain, buyer, legal, IT, marketing, LP, food safety team for timely openings of stores.

Team Training: Providing training to the associates on interpreting Merchandise layout plans and modular’s and guiding store manager regarding procedure to properly display featured merchandise.

Loss Prevention: Maintaining expiry tracker from the beginning of stock receiving at store. Coordinating with store management for expense, shrink and dump management.
