Senior Operation Admin - HR August 2019 – Till Date

Recruits and Interview candidates and move them through the ATS.

Initiates and facilitates the onboarding process. Accountable for accurate completion of the new hire paperwork and personnel files. Work with all departments to make sure that new hires are on boarded compliantly. Responsible for both completing and remediating I-9 documents.

Manage on boarding conflicts. Create and maintain audit files that ensure compliance and meet regulatory requirements and also being a part of internal audit. Assist with the facilitation of the Affirmative Action plans
