·Create, establish, and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure efficiency. Hire and train new office staff to respond to patients’ needs. Manage billing systems, process insurance and secondary insurance claims, and assist patients in applying for credit if needed. Maintain the offices budget, ledger, and accounting systems. Responsible for daily deposits. Provide the dentist(s) with administrative and practical support when asked. Ensure that all staff members are in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
