PERSONAL PROFILE

Marc is High-level leader with thirty-five years of record of accomplishment of successfully cross-functional management who has progressed to senior operational roles, particularly in the Security field. In his career, he gained and improved important operational experience in leadership, decision-making, building teamwork, planning, administration and business, human resources, training and logistics especially in Africa.

Specialist in international security and foreign cultures, he has solid experience in securing major projects, knowledge of populations and geopolitical situations, particularly in Africa.

Management

Commercial/Administration/logistic

Understand the all-financial aspects of a project.

Develop and manage a dedicated budget. Produce annual budget. figures Management of business and resources.

Explore, manage monitor and conduct suppliers and clients’ contracts. Good negotiation skills.

Regional prevention coordination (HSE / Fire).

Fleets and park management: assignment, tracking potential, following of maintenance. Plan logistic movements and supply flows.

Conversant with Fire and Emergency procedures.

Human Resources/Training

Experience in studies of organizational HR structures, matching needs/resources, job descriptions and recruitment of executive specialists or personnel.

Organization and rationalization of working methods.

Coaching, training, evaluation and education of staff, employees and contractors.

2018: Local Guard Force Security Program Manager at GardaWorld Federal Services, US Embassy, Bamako Mali. Manage a 360 Guards Force on 6 different sites. Ops room management (radio-CCTV-intervention) and run a 2 million US$ /year contract.

2016 to 2018: EUCAP Sahel Mission Security Officer Team Leader at European Union Mission in Niger, Agadez. Control room management (radio-CCTV-intervention).

2015 to 2016: Country/Corporate Security Manager at Lafarge Africa, Nigeria.

2014: Security Manager at GEOS (Paris) North Cameroon, remote site.

2013 to 2014: Security, Control Risks Group Ltd (London). Design and Organization Advisor, Operational Teams Manager and Engineering Advisor for Staff training.

2011 à 2012: French Land Force headquarter, Marseille. Senior Staff Officer in plans, strategy and studies office. Senior Staff Officer in UNIFIL HQ in Lebanon as Deputy Chief of plans & studies office.
