Greeting guest and carrying the luggage whenever needed.

Escort guests to the reception for their check-in process with proper endorsement.

Assisting guests to their room after check-in process.

Providing excellent information about the hotel and even the tourist attraction.

Explaining the guest room functions.

Delivering luggage, mail, email and or parcel to the guest’s room.

Proper handling of lost and found items.

Proper handling of company materials and devices.

Report immediately to mediate superior.

Attend all the guests need and enquiries.
