DUTIES:

ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT- Render general administrative support services.

Provide support with regard to arrangements for meetings, workshops, and act as a secretariat during weekly and other relative meetings. Provide personnel administration services to the unit. Provide support to the HR planning process. provide administrative support to the post provisioning and establishment control. LABOUR RELATIONS- Capture statistics on the misconduct, suspension and grievance cases. Assist with drafting of reports. Assist in facilitating Labour Relations workshops.

Responsible for filing and capturing of cases. Investigation of cases and initiating disciplinary and grievance hearings.

REGISTRY ADMINISTRATION- Render an effective user friendly registry counter service. Render effective records keeping of documents. Ensure the correct process for movement of files and documents. Ensure the correct closure process of documents for archiving and/or disposal. Answering of phone calls. EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT- Provide administrative support in unit.

Assist in proving guidance and advice on EPMDS related issues to all employees.

Updating and maintaining of personal profiles on PERSAL. Prepare submissions for Transfers/Promotions/Relocations. Implementation of Cash Bonus and Pay Progression. Capturing of probation reviews on PERSAL. Execute the monitoring of the performance management system. Update database of the performance management system.

SKILLS, INTERESTS, AND ACTIVITIES

Languages – Fluent in English and Setswana; Conversational Proficiency in Afrikaans, Xhosa and Zulu
