Job Responsibility:

Leading a Group of Team Members, that has 8 FSQR Technicians work on 3 Different Shifts on every day.

Prepare Weekly Schedule and Assigning Daily and Monthly Task for the individual FSQR technician.

Monitor Daily FSQR work Activities and verification of all Monitoring Forms (Label Monitoring, Scale verification, Formulation, Metal Detector, Break down etc not limited) and all the Paper work belongs to the each shift.

Sample Analysis:

Microbial analysis of In-coming Raw materials, In-Process samples, Finished products, Storage products, Water samples and frozen samples etc. Analysis performed as per the FSSAI standards.

Performing Tests of Aerobic and Anaerobic Plate Count, Yeast and Mould Count and Pathogens test.

Pathogens tests are (E.coli, Salmonella, Pseudomonas, Staphylococcus, Bacillus, Clostridium perfringens, Shigella, Lactobacillus, Listeria,).

Perform Swabbing for Bacterial evaluation on Personnel and Surface of Products contact area.

Environmental monitoring.

Perform quality test of Milk, include Fat, Solid Not Fat, Acidity, MBRT, pH, Phosphatase All the tests will done as per the requirement of Quality Management of Product and done with the guidelines of Standard Protocols and as per the Company regulations.

Quality Control & Assurance:

Surveying the quality of receiving Fresh Milk at receiving area doing the tests of Organoleptic test, COB, Alcohol, Alcohol-Alizarin, Resazurin.

Monitor the Hygiene at Receiving area, Packing area, Storage area, Product preparation area etc.

Perform Quality Assurance for Milk Storage Silos.

Monitor Pasteurization and Sanitization process.

Monitor Check list of all related to Batch Process log, Batch Change over log, Pasteurization log, Sanitation log, Temperature control log and Packing log etc.

Sample collection, Packaging and bottling inspection and Product sensory evaluations.
