KEY DELIVERABLES:

Recruitment & Induction :

Monitoring overall recruitment and short listing candidate from portals, consultants, employee reference & professional networking site, taking interviews and than offer generation. Taking care of joining formalities and all the relevant document Once the new recruit reports to work, Orientation for the new joinees.

HRIS:

I maintain all the attendance, timings, leave details and salary details of all the employees. This is updated on a daily basis for the 300 employees who work in our organization.

Man power planning:

I collect the reports which is send by the management if there is a lack of OTS (Optimum team strength).We immediately recruit right candidate to fill the position available.

Training:

Coordinating with the associates and forecasting the training requirements and framing the schedule, filtering all the reports of technical and soft skills training and publishing in the training calendar.

Performance evaluation:

This is done when an employee completes his probation period and during the annual performance. We grade the employees with the help of team leaders using the famous ABC Strategy.

Pay roll:

Co ordinate with the finance department to create the salary of all the employees and ensure that salary is paid before the 7th of every month. Attendance, Leaves, Offs are taken into consideration.

Also Liaise with the bank in setting up the PF, ESI, Mediclaim whenever the staff joins or leaves the Organization

Event Organisation

I organize events for the staff to enhance their rapport with each other and make sure the staff participate in team building activities .
