Preparing all letters like employment offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving & experience, contractual (on company roll), appraisal, performance letter etc. through mail merge. Relieving procedures & releasing full and final settlement cheque of an employee during exit, gratuity, pf & esic related formalities, Exit Interview & exit formalities as well.

Time Management, Payroll & Compensation and benefits : - Handling the time office and monitoring and updating of records in biometric attendance system & Preparation of payroll of employees, incentives, bonus, maintain confidentiality & contractor employees & prepare salary slips, maintaining all legal registers, preparation wages slips and attendance record, all types of Leaves data, Cess under bocw act, annually integrated challan submission and liasoning etc.

PMS and hr policies : - Performance management and improvement systems, organization development, Communication of HR Policies(making and updating), revise & implement SOP with logbooks, handle queries, grievances and escalations from employees and ensure the same are resolved within committed time lines, handle employee relation function, Involvement in the employee welfare activities and organizing quarterly & annual events like reward & recognition, Co-ordinate employee performance appraisal programs, employee relationship management & employee satisfaction and ensuring longstanding partnerships, general administration, scheduling meeting for internal & external, support & deliver administrative services to organization.
