The Scholarship Management and Account Reporting for Tenpins (SMART): Performed several enhancements to the SMART system included accessing and displaying Funded and Unfunded Scholarship for the recipients. These efforts include creating new pages and accessing GP and CRM for data.

SMART Bulk upload: uploading a file for a recipient with several scholarships or selecting one scholarship.

Working on a project to design and develop a menu driven Real Estate software search engine. The platform was MS Window with core back and front developed on C#.NET(3.5/4). This project used MS VS as platform, and several different technologies such as ASP.NET4, MS SQL (T-SQL), Stored Procedure, WCF, AJAX, ADO.NET (EE), WPF are used to implement the project.

Using C#.NET, and the other MS technologies, to implement an inventory control software system for an auto dealership. C#.NET(3.5/4) was used to interact with SQL (T-SQL) to retrieve inventory as well as pricing and sale quantity. The platform was MS Visual Studio. This project incorporates C#, ASP.NET (3.5/4), WCF, MS SQL (sequel Sever) Stored Procedures, ADO.NET, LINQ, WPF to implement the development.

Designed Route Manager part of the New Generation Signaling Server on their new platform (Lynx OS), including adding POSIX API and adding new hardware compatibility software. Lead a team to design and to develop a unit test tool for the New Generation Signaling Server. Designed and developed a major part (SNTM) of the New Generation Signaling Server, which includes layer-3 SS7 signaling management, message and traffic handling, and interface to the link mgmt. I was the key person in the problem resolution for the project. In this position helped and lead the other engineers in their assignments. Designed and developed 8000 Daces features for the S12 SS7 Signaling Server. This feature increases the number of Point Codes from 4000 to 8000. Team Leader to design and develop IS41 15-digit International Flexible TLDN for EMX wireless switch. Designed and developed IS41 (CDMA) origination base protocol for EMX wireless switch. Designed and developed IS41 (CDMA) forced disconnect call feature for EMX wireless switch. Designed and developed a big part of the CDMA protocol for EMX switch. Team Leader of the SS7/ISDN PRT Resolution team for ISPAN switch. The task involved ISUP application layer and PRI protocol. POSIX API was implemented using C/C++ programming.

DMS250 Test Automation: Test automation of USSP products such as ISDN Operator Service Access, Enhanced Service Platform (ESP), N00, and Voice Prompts.

The tasks include: Developing test cases, Verifying test cases using TRES switch, writing the necessary documents, Test Automation of Operator Center bridging using TEAMAT platform

PRS Coordinator: Coordinated the departmental PRS resolution and distribution. This task included assigning the incoming PRS to the designers, as well as taking part in resolving PRSs.

Worked on the DMS250 Call Processing. The following features were designed and developed: IEC01 Voice Prompts - this feature replaces the MCCS tone prompts with voice prompts. Selective Incoming Load Control (SILC) - this feature controls the incoming calls on the FGD trunks when the CPU occupancy reaches a certain level. OP250-ISDN Call Enhancement - this feature implemented the Operator Call Re-origination. OP250-ISDN Call Processing - this was a very complex feature. The design and development of this feature included: Creating a new field in the table TRKGRP to let OP250 trunks, and Modifying DMS250 Call Processing for outgoing calls to send Q.931 ISDN messages to the operator service. Offhook queuing for Primary Rate Interface (PRI). This feature was very complex. No PRS was issued for this feature International Operator Assistance - this feature included three sub-features:

1) International General Operator Assistance (IGA)

2) International Direct Dial (IDD) partition removal

3) International Directory Assistance (IDA) Dial Spring Direct (DSD).

C programming language was used to implement MNC under UNIX platform.
