Roles: - Supervising of Project, Operation and Quality Departments and the activities.

Worked as a QC Engineer in Perfect International FZC .(Nov 2013-June 2017)

Inspection of incoming material and reviewing of material test certificate.

Monitoring the calibration status and Identifying calibrated instruments with stickers and maintain log registers

Responsible for any other duties assigned by management under the Quality Control

System, such as but not limited to verification of calibration of measuring and test equipment, receiving inspections, resolution of non-conformance.

Verification of WPS, PQR & WPQR for Inspect Jobs

Inspecting Hydrostatic Test and Pneumatic Test for the vessels & piping’s.

Prepare Stage wise Inspection documents, NDE Reports, Final Inspection, Blasting and painting reports for all the allotted Jobs.

Inward inspection of paints and inspection of blasting to sa2, dust level testing, chlorine content test, Surface Profile Comparison etc.

Painting inspection of paint shade, wet film, dry film thickness

Raise NCR’S if any Non – Conformance During inward or stage wise inspection.

Worked as an Assistant Engineer (Piping) in Bharati Shipyards Limited .(Sept 2012- Nov 2013)

Co-ordination with owner, classification and production personals to solve the technical difficulties and requirements.

Supervision of onboard fitment of pipes, valves, strainers and other piping accessories with necessary clamps and supports.

Hydraulic pipes Fabrication erection, final fitment with clamp in required location, pressure testing and flushing of hydraulic piping system up to required cleanliness level.

Worked as an Execution Engineer (Piping) in Neo Structo Construction Ltd.(Nov 2011 – Aug 2012)
