AREA OF EXPOSURE:
Quality Management
Co-coordinating all Inspection(s) with the Sub-Contractor and client at site.
Prepare detailed records and reports for all Inspection(s) conducted at site, and maintain the Quality Control
Establish and conduct regular Quality Control meeting with the Sub-contractor and Clients.
Correlate, prepare and issue the Field Inspection Notice to the Client and co-ordination.
Co-ordinate and conduct Inspection(s) with any third party agencies wherever required.
Maintain all relative Site Inspection(s) records, for handing over to Client upon attaining completion.
Responsible for all Inspection(s) at site, including witnessing, recording and reporting the results and resolving problems arising.

Material Inspection
Familiar with the inspection of incoming materials, review of MTC’s and certification requirements of the vendor supplied Piping materials, Equipment.

Structural Steel Erection & Fabrication
Monitoring in progress inspection of steel structural erection at site.
Inspection of steel structure as per AWS D1.1
Familiar with installation checkpoints such as plumb, level, elevation, alignment, positioning/setting out of bolts orientation with the base plate including level prior to grouting.
Final check after assembling of complete structural members Including bolting connections, welding connections, NDT and Painting touch up.
Co-ordination with Inspectors, Technicians, Site Supervisor to enhance the in time and proper execution of NDT activities.
Equipment Inspection
Inspection of civil foundation, leveling pad installation, equipment erection, centering alignment and bolt tightening activities in all static and rotary equipment.
Responsible for overall quality assurance and quality control requirements of all incoming materials.
Prepare method of statement for various activities.
Follow up inspection test plan, project specification and quality control procedures.
Verify the required WPS as per project specifications.
Coordinate with client and other third party inspection agencies.
Coordinate with field engineering department for latest revision, design modification and technical Queries.
Coordinate with vendor for major repair or modification works.
Prepare all inspection documents and are properly documented.
Follow up of surveillance, NCR and log book Entry and tried to rectify the issue and close the same ASAP.
Monitoring the fit up and production welding and noting down the parameters and ensuring that the welding is done as per the WPS parameters.
Ensuring all the Nozzle fit up and orientation and Level as per approved drawing.
Performing Hardness test as per project requirement.
Performing Leak Test for the entire Nozzle/Manhole RF pad.
Performing the settlement check and Hydro test as per API and Project requirement.
Familiar with various welding methods, electrode characteristics, WPS, PQR and welder qualification
Checking whether the welding is done as per applicable WPS.
