around. I do my very best to excell past

what's expected of me . I am always

I am a server at the time I came to luna I chose not to move to a new Cracker Barrel I moved to Phoenix to care for my parents who now have both passed. So a job where I was responsible for less and still made great money was much easier. I love my job I love my regulars the owners but due to covid financially my income has drastically changed. I want to go back to management no just for income but I'm 50. I am in good shape I do my job with pride . I think I'm a pro at customer service I don't get complaints and I comply with everything and more that's expected of me . After 30 years of costumer service can't think of doing anything else. server trainer/ management Casa Grande, AZ May 2004 - March 2011 My responsibilities were serving, guest relations, training servers to make sure they were we informed on Cracker Barrels menus specials and things that were expected of them. To be a mentor apart of management in order to ensure each guest got the best service from start to end. LA CANTINA

Server/manager Kearny, AZ January 1989 - February 2004 My responsibilities including open and closing restaurant and bar. Making sure everything was done and in its place. Ordering liquor doing inventory. Keeping measurements to make sure the bartenders were doing their job correctly. Bank drop offs and pick up. Taking care of books and pay role for appropriately 20 to 25 employees. Toward the end of my time there I hired and also fired. Made sure all foods both perishable and not were kept at temperatures marked and labeled everything. Complied with all health requirements by Az state. I also severed, bartended, cooked ran all aspects for running a business smoothly.

I wasn't one for school I excelled and graduated but not much more. I excelled in sports and cheerleading I think needing to stay eligible for extra activities is the basic reason I made it through HS. I did start college but didn't finish after first year. I catch on fast and learn on my feet. Most of my knowledge comes from living life.
