The biggest goal at this office is customer service and multitasking. One main responsibility had is answering phone calls

while putting in patients monthly medication refills, Scanning paperwork into patients charts. was also for responsible for

checking in/out patients, as well as Initiating prior authorizations with patients insurance for medication that are

prescribed by three of our physician assistants. Another duty of mine is Maintaining emails and faxes, most of our patients

are on controlled medication so that required doing urine drug tests, some are ADHD so we would do ADHD/Genetic

testing. Our front staff does a lot of everything since we did not have Medical Assistants on board.

cancer or recurrent UTI's as well as Vasectomy patients so that comes with a lot of imaging and lab work scheduling so

I'm very good with muttitasking and still maintaining a professional/friendly work environment with my fellow coworkers

and patients.
