Answering all incoming calls to verify active or past employment information from various lending institutions on state employees. Care must be taken that only approved information is released to the requesting individual.

Receive incoming separation files from the ARC and the various state agencies, boards, and commissions. Audit separated employee files for scanning in accordance with the most current separated employee record checklist with a 98% error free rate on all separated employee records audited and a minimum of 75 employee records per work week.

Scan, capture, verify, and archive separated employee files into FileNet and place the hard copy file in securable paper bin for destruction upon completion. Meet the needs of all customers that arrive in the Records Division Lobby to immediately determine their needs.
