Worked with the social media department to create Inmecro's online Website to satisfy customer needs. The customer satisfaction got increased by implementing new techniques which included giving out coupons, having a coffee table for customers to grab free snacks and beverages.

Leader of a team of 10 people. The primary role was to make sure our group was making online sales through one-on-one interaction through text messages or direct message via Instagram. In charge of shipping and handling of the customer's order. That includes deliveries inside the city and nationwide. In charge of determining how much would be invested in an advertisement to create more engagement and potentially get more customers through social media.

Key Accomplishments:

Worked with social media got to gain an Instagram page from 1k of followers to 9k in the 3 months working. Got to achieve target sells during the pandemic even through all the social problems. INMECRO is still considered a brick and mortar business. The Honduran culture doesn’t demand e-commerce because consumers still want to go to a physical store or unable to understand the use of an e-commerce website. During COVID, the stores were completely shut down due to government regulations.
