Following were the duties allotted to me during my work experience in the capacity of Post-Graduate Resident Dental Consultant to manage, plan and evaluate organizational and Public Health activities (health promotion and disease control) and bring about innovation and improvement in this field.
1. Direction of all efforts towards drawing a contingency plan for Public Health and Management of any disaster (disaster management).
2. To ensure full administrative, financial and cognitive support for smooth functioning of Public Health Programs and Organizational plans. 3. To help achieve good public relations through goodwill, support and networking for better implementation of Public Health Programs and organizational objectives 4. To conceive, develop and execute innovative health promotion strategies using audio, visual and audio-visual aids suitably targeted for intervention programs and health education.
5. To carry out proper surveillance and monitoring of Public health programs. 6. To foster an environment conducive for team work and innovative ideas. 7. Application of biostatistics to study and evaluate diseases. 8. To hone the skills of undergraduate and post- graduate students regarding Public Health and their role in the society as dentists
Following are the duties allotted to as Associate Professor in Oxford Dental College and Hospital, Bangalore

1. Managerial duties in charge of conduction of wellness projects and health training sessions at various schools, colleges, corporate establishments and associations. 2. Organizing and delivering public outreach seminars and interactive sessions on Oral Health Awareness.
3. Writing and projecting articles and informative literature for generating oral and general health care awareness.
4. Conception and management of business development propaganda and modules to monitor and regulate the awareness and treatment programs being conducted by the organization with respect to patient education, efficacy of treatment, resultant changes in patient flow and patient satisfaction.
5. Statistical analysis and scrutiny of all categories of wellness programs conducted and underway via maintenance and evaluation of daily and weekly patient reports. 6. Fostering community relations in the interest of Oral and General Health Awareness through collaborations with various health provider organizations and institutions. 7. Management of client relations with regard to the above mentioned collaborations for furthering better health awareness and patient care. 8. Responsibility of complete logistic management and provision of resources to be allocated in the conduction of the aforementioned programs. 9. Training of doctors and health care executives for wellness initiatives as well as patient welfare analysis and response management.
10. Managerial control over team of health professionals conducting evaluation of patient care, follow up and further treatment plan status. 11. In charge of “Recare” feedback team allocated to educating logged patients about the importance of oral health maintenance along with motivation for proactive health checkup scheduling.

1. Regular participation in and organization of awareness camps, workshops and social activities towards community service to the needy since the last 4 years. 2. Excellent managerial skills with respect to conduction and management of awareness programs, health care initiatives and training of prospective healthcare professionals along with exemplary communication skills necessary for patient education and motivation as well as projection and presentation work. 2. Comprehensive treatment of patients-attending and conducting treatment and awareness camps, satellite clinics and out-patient department of the parent institution. 6. Trained in group and individual tobacco cessation protocol for awareness and deaddiction programs in patient welfare.
